Poem 933

Small waves
finally separating
the lover’s thrown rose.

Dawn jogging
she counts
the heart beats in her wrist.

Family beach
building their castle
child’s play.

Spear fishing
the darkness in the cave
with just bones.

Sauntering past
sidelong eyes
on her lime bikini.

End of holidays…
the beach waves unchanged
around my feet.

Sundial garden
the dropped fig
spilling its seeds.

Apple orchard
the caterpillars crawl out to
the tapping of rain.

Sundial garden
on her father’s shoulders
picking almonds.

Sundial garden
koi in the pond
turning to bubbles.
