Goldfish
slippery kissing

turning the bruises away.

Winds rattle
Orion wandering
about our bedroom mirror.

Father’s old razor …
the cut’s bright blood
in my bathroom mirror.

Holiday resort
sunburns in the mirror
sending Laurel home.

In the dam’s mirror
migrating geese cry out
where the houses were.

Laurel leaves the room
a single rose stem
